Proposal for Double Yellow Lines on Netherwood Street
The attached plan shows a proposed Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO's) along part of Briercliffe Road and Netherwood Street , Burnley.
These proposals have been to public consultation via correspondence sent on the 2nd September 2011.
Residents of 1-13 Netherwood Street (odd numbers), 2-43 Gilbert Street (even numbers) and 823-867 Briercliffe Road (odd numbers) have been consulted.
The County Council has received three letters of objection and one letter of support following this consultation exercise.These proposals are currently being processed as part of a package of TRO's throughout the District of Burnley. They will be formally advertised shortly however the letters of objection will be kept as formal objections to the proposals.
