Please note that the Allotment Committee meeting dates have changed to the Wednesday before the Parish Council Meeting (the third Monday of each month), at the later time of 8:15pm at the Community Centre on Jubilee Street.

The Parish Council has a volunteer Allotment Manager, John Greenwood who can be contacted with regards to any Allotment or Garage enquiry. He can be contacted at 53 Minehead Avenue or by telephone on 01282 415767.

Tenants of the Briercliffe allotments have recently set up the Briercliffe Allotments Society to assist the Parish Council in the running of the Allotments in Harrison Street. The Society representatives to the Parish Council are Alan Firminger and Tom Wright, who attend Parish Council Allotment Committee and provide a report from the Society. 
The Society is organising several events this year to raise funds for the Society these include:
A Fun Day on the 10th September which will include a Pet Show, a Kids Halloween Partyon Friday 28th October, a Christmas Party on the 10th December and a Car Boot sale before Christmas, all to be held at the Community Centre on Jubilee Street,  further details will be available soon.
